After the disbanding of The Bright Light Motion, Joe Mansman and Bill Hunsinger toyed with the idea of writing a conceptual series. A Demo of "The Funeral" was recorded in Joe's 30 Mccrea street apartment in which Bill proposed to use "Every Guitar Pedal we can possibly find". This Demo led to the recruiting of Jake Lavin, Sheldon Reeves, and Garrett Bean (Halicarnassus) on Guitars and Drums, with Joe switching to Bass.

Recording began in January 2011 and finished in February.

Released on CD/R and MediaFire.
